			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Autumn Ridge is a newly organized subdivision, with 15 acres that have been reverted back to form, through the restoration of the native vegetation on this site. LandKeepers has been hired to maintain the currently restored areas. The contract includes herbicide application for invasive plant control, mowing as needed for undesirable plant control, herbicide application for cattail control, and over-seeding with a native seed mix to encourage native competition.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The McHenry County Multi-Purpose Events Venue is owned by the McHenry County Community Foundation and is approximately an 80 acre restoration project. LandKeepers was awarded the contract to restore the 19 acre woodland portion of this development site. The contract includes brushing, burning and stump herbiciding of the invasive woody species on site as well as two additional backpack foliar herbiciding of the invasive woody resprouts and newly spouted trees.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), in Wisconsin, sought contracting capabilities to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals required for tree planting, native seeding and herbaceous weed control of the 36 acre, Avon Bottoms, site. LandKeepers acted as Project Manager, working in tandem with Applied Ecological Services, Inc. (AES), in developing a tree planting plan and native seeding plan. Activities included tree planting on 27 acres of existing marsh hay, site preparation and native seeding on 9 acres of exiting cropland and performing post seeding and post-planting maintenance, including mowing and herbicide application for the purpose of restoring and enhancing habitat on an Emergency Watershed Protection Program Floodplain Easement in Rock County, Wisconsin.</p>
